How quickly you will hear back

Usually within a few days. This is one inbox read by a person rather than a support desk, so corrections and privacy requests jump the queue and everything else waits its turn.

Anything sensitive. This is a love calculator — there is never a reason to send us identity documents, financial details, passwords or anything you would mind seeing in an ordinary email inbox, and we would rather not receive them.
